Can you work entirely under our brand?
Yes — most of our partner work is white-label. We stay invisible to your clients, write code under your conventions and let you own the relationship. Where you want us in the room with the client, we do that too. Your call.
Do you sign mutual NDAs?
Always. We sign yours or provide a mutual NDA before any detailed conversation. Confidentiality is the baseline, not a negotiation.
Who owns the IP?
You do — and through you, your client does. IP is assigned in the engagement agreement and transfers on payment. We don't reuse client-specific code, designs or domain knowledge with anyone else.
What rates do you charge?
Transparent, per role, per seniority — and the same number regardless of which agency we're working with. We share the full rate card on the first call so you can model your margin honestly.
How fast can you start?
A small pilot can usually start within 2–4 weeks of signed SOW. Dedicated-team engagements take longer for senior or rare roles; we'll be honest about timelines before you commit.
What's the minimum engagement?
Pilot engagements typically start around 4–8 weeks of focused work. Dedicated-team starts at one engineer for a quarter. Below that we'll refer you elsewhere rather than do a bad job.
Can you work directly with our clients if we want you to?
Yes, when that's the model. Some partners keep us purely behind the scenes; others have us join client standups and reviews. We follow your lead.
What kind of engagements are not a good fit?
Pure body-shop staff augmentation at the lowest possible rate, very short throwaway work, and engagements with no senior leadership on the client side. We work best where there's a real product or platform on the other end.
