Questions we hear often
What does a typical engagement look like?
We start with a short discovery to align on the problem, scope and architecture. From there we deliver in two-week sprints with working software at the end of each. You get visibility throughout — no black boxes.
What's your minimum project size?
We focus on engagements where senior engineering makes a real difference, typically starting around a few weeks of focused work. For very small tasks we'll usually point you to a better-fit option honestly.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely. We're comfortable working under NDA and within regulated environments, and can sign yours or provide a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.
Where are you based, and what time zones do you work in?
We're based in Secunderabad, India, and work with clients globally. We maintain meaningful overlap with US and European hours and are flexible on synchronous time for active engagements.
Can you work with our existing team?
Absolutely. Many engagements are an extension of an in-house team — we integrate with your workflow, tooling and standards rather than imposing ours.
How do you handle IP ownership?
You own the work product. IP transfers to you on payment, with clear terms in the engagement agreement. We don't reuse your proprietary code elsewhere.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I need yet?
That's common and fine. Our Product Discovery engagement exists precisely for this — we help you frame the problem, validate direction and produce a scoped, costed plan before committing to a build.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Most clients move to a maintenance or retainer arrangement post-launch for SLA-backed support, monitoring and continued feature work — with continuity from the team that built it.
